Thanks for these insights @Trevor Young - especially useful for people who aren't extroverts. People do remember how you make them feel, as Maya Angelou famously said, and if one is naturally a thoughtful person these approaches are simply an extension of ones natural tendencies, albeit in a more tech-focused world.
